The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) needed to expand their office space within the Juneau Federal Building in Juneau Alaska. The project consisted of providing labor, equipment and materials to complete the renovation of the space on the 3rd, 4th and 7th floors of the building in three phases.
The project involved the demolition and restoration of approximately 4,400 square feet of office space. The construction project included wall demolition, building interior walls, installation of new doors and frames, mechanical and electrical upgrades, new flooring and kitchen remodeling. The project was completed in phases―closely coordinating with GSA and NOAA to minimize disturbance to government occupant’s normal work.
All employees received security clearance to work on this project by the U.S. Federal Protective Services.
