Located at the western edge of Santa Cruz, California, on the coastal bluff at Terrace Point, Southwest Construction was retained to construct three multiple occupancy workrooms and perform repairs to a warehouse. Work included construction of the floor over the open space of a warehouse. We also provided construction management and coordination of specialty subcontractors for plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler, and electrical, data and telecommunications. Southwest construction completed the carpentry, concrete, sheetrock, taping/texturing, painting, casework, fiberglass windows, etc.
This project was designed, built, and completed on time and within budget.
